Сад на Эбису (Ebisu Garden Place) находится в нескольких минутах ходьбы от железнодорожной станции Эбису, и относится к комплексу небоскрёбов, который включает в себя универмаг Митсукоши (Mitsukoshi), трехзвездочный ресторан Michelin, ресторан Chateau, ресторан Taillevent-Robuchon ( Taillvent-Robuchon) и отель The Westin Hotel. Ebisu Garden Place is a unique location from where both towers, Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree, seem to be of the same height. There is a Chinese restaurant, Toh Ten Koh, on the 39th floor of the observation space which gives this view.
Ebisu Garden Place can be accessed via the Ebisu Skywalk, and it is just a 5-minute walk from JR Ebisu station. Night-time illumination is particularly beautiful.

Moving on to the top of the Ebisu Garden Place Tower, the first view you get is the Shinjuku skyline. The fast elevator that takes visitors to the top has transparent glass walls and you can enjoy the beautiful view while going up.
View of Mount Fuji from the Ebisu Garden Place observation deck. On a clear day the scene is really beautiful with no other tall building or construction blocking the view.
Now for the mathematically inclined visitors, note that the Tokyo Skytree (634m) is almost twice the height of Tokyo Tower (333m). They are also 8.2 kilometers away from each other. So if stand at a distance "x" from the Tokyo Tower which also is "2x" from the Tokyo Skytree, then I should be able to view the two towers appearing to be of the same height.
