Take the sightseeing bus, the Loople Sendai from the Sendai Station, for 50 minutes and you will arrive at Osaki Hachiman-gu. It was established in 1607 by Date Masamune. The main shrine is designated as a National Treasure, being one of the oldest examples of Azuchi-Momoyama period architecture. The shrine is popular among locals and tourists for bringing good fortune, victory, and safe childbirth.
