Cosplay festivals are regularly held at the Toshimaen Amusement Park. People come to dress up as their favourite television or anime character and pose for photographs using the amusement park as a backdrop. Armed with cameras and reflector boards, these teens come to take photographs of their friends dressed up. You will be suprised at the amount of effort put into these costumes, it is nothing short of impressive.
